Programming is the first critical step in most design projects, requiring excellent listening skills and attention to detail. We utilize a programming method which enables us to begin building our relationship with users through investigation and discussion. The programming phase should result in creating guidelines and directives for functional as well as aesthetic issues for interior spaces and for the exterior site issues as well.
