Municipal Complex Master Plan

As a consequence of population growth, the City of Pepper Pike sought a master plan to propose renovation and growth strategies for its municipal campus and adjoining city-owned property. The campus is home to the municipality’s City Hall, Police Department, Fire Department, and Service Department. Bostwick Design Partnership collaborated closely with each municipal department to analyze their current space utilization and to identify space needs for the future. The firm held interactive workshops with the City and presented the developing ideas of the master plan to the public at scheduled council meetings.
