SIMBLE Design
Legal Education and Practice
Experiential learning experiences are critical to the success of legal education. Through engagement in real client clinical programs and advanced simulated trail experiences, the student is prepared for their future career and is highly attractive to potential employers.
The clinical program area of a law school must operate as a real law practice and is designed to accommodate client reception and private counsel. The clinic requires interview and dissertation spaces along with student work areas for case research.
The simulated trial rooms must provide an environment that allows students to learn how to address a judge, witness and jury through the use of presentation skills backed by current technology. Today’s courtrooms incorporate digital presentation systems and interactive annotating monitors, all which are used to strengthen their case
