Cleveland State University
Historically known as a local, commuter university, Cleveland State University began a large capital campaign to help transform its campus into a residential campus and increase their market reach to potential students. In order to achieve this goal, improvements to the entire campus were necessary. Moving away from the brutalist architecture, CSU wanted welcoming, transparent facilities that would meet the demands of college-bound students.
Our partnership with CSU began nearly fifteen years ago during their first major building initiative, the 17th and 18th Street block project, which added two new buildings and added onto an additional existing building.
