City of Pepper Pike
Pepper Pike is recognized as one of the top suburbs of Cleveland, with a prime location, easy access to highways and big city amenities.
The city, however, is unique when compared to other area suburbs. There are no strip malls or oversized commercial signage. Instead, the city follows their hallmark and legacy as part of the original Western Reserve.
Our relationship with Pepper Pike was born out of a desire to enhance the services it offers to the residents of its community. We first developed a municpal campus master plan and were then asked to begin design for an expanded police department.
